AutoNation Chevrolet Airport - Service Center

I drive a Honda but go to the Chevrolet dealership to service my vehicle. They never have anything my car needs in stock because of the obvious it’s not a Chevrolet. I had a 10:30 appointment for 2 tires service my vehicle. They never have anything my car needs in stock because of the obvious it’s not a Chevrolet. I had a 10:30 appointment for 2 tires to be changed which is a 20-30 minute job. They took over 3 hours to complete the job. This is crazy! I was not the only one waiting this long. There was another customer with a suburban waiting longer than I was for something simple as well. The service time sucks and needs to be improved. More

Our interaction with Arthuor salesman was very good . The car was full of roaches and I took it back . They had the car cleaned twice and returned to me after 5 days. I was called by a salesmen telling me I have to leave my car for the oil change, He asked did you have appointment? I had a 7am appointment, I said no I will not leave it. I took my car in because I needed some work on it before the warranty expired. This tall guy name Obie was very rude and unprofessional about the process. He act like he wasn't concerned about my issues.. W the warranty expired. This tall guy name Obie was very rude and unprofessional about the process. He act like he wasn't concerned about my issues.. We had to get the manager involved. His named was Ben. Ben took great care of my issues which were extremely minor. A new cabin filter and a small crack in our windshield.. He was very professional..
