I took my truck there for some repairs, about 17hrs of billable time. After 2 months went by I was told it was ready. Had to Take it back the same day after paying them over $6200. The truck set there for billable time. After 2 months went by I was told it was ready. Had to Take it back the same day after paying them over $6200. The truck set there for another 30days and no one did anything about the issues that were never fixed. I had to pull the vehicle today after being screwed over for a total of 3months. Truck is still not repaired and will go to another shop. I've been in this industry for over 30 years. This was the Worst experience ever in my life that I've had it a dealer. I cannot begin to tell you what a failure the service dept. And management is here. The parts department however is excellent, they kept me well informed. More

It’s not the dealers total fault but my car was stolen by an outsider while -parked at the dealer by the dealer’s people. Best Experience I've Had with Car Service I worked with Dustin, my Service Consultant, and he was absolutely the best service consultant I've ever dealt with out of all the dealerships I've de I worked with Dustin, my Service Consultant, and he was absolutely the best service consultant I've ever dealt with out of all the dealerships I've dealt with in terms of service; he clearly knew about how Chevy's were meant to operate, and he didn't talk down to me because I was a woman. He even took the time after my repair was done to drive my car with me in it so that he could explain what was normal in terms of my steering system sounds, and I was so impressed by this. And what was even more amazing was that I hadn't scheduled an appointment, I just showed up, and he made sure he worked my car in. What a nice guy, caring person, and just AWESOME!!!! More
