AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead - Service Center

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Silverado 2500HD. When I arrived at my 0900 appointment I was told by the service advisor that the service center staff were all in a meet on my 2023 Silverado 2500HD. When I arrived at my 0900 appointment I was told by the service advisor that the service center staff were all in a meeting so they are backed up; it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. I appreciated his honesty, but what was the point of an appointment if they are having a meeting during appointments! In the end it was over 2.5 hours for what should have been no more than an hour service appointment. Very disappointed, but this is very common in the industry since 2020; excuses and delays. More
