My biggest complaint is your telephone system. I left messages and the recordings on to person said they would be away and call back after vacation time. No help provided whatsoever. More

Never has been a timely place to visit. I had an appointment for 8am and wasn't helped until 8:30am. I was told my vehicle would take about two hours to complete, it took three. i was apprehensive at first but the further i went with the program the more comfortable i was with the situation . we bought our new chevy trax here and they have been just really great with everthing esp the program the more comfortable i was with the situation . we bought our new chevy trax here and they have been just really great with everthing especially the communication required to get "things done ". my husband wants to buy a new buick but i drive the trax most of the time and i m going to stay with the trax.i love it, it turns on a dime ,it rides good gas mileage is good the only issue has been the drivers side door which not close real good but we have to take it somwhere else in the dealership to have checked and fixed. but this car is mine and i love it!!
