Since I started going to AutoNation a couple of years ago this was by far the worst experience I have had. Scheduled appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I've left 2 voicemails for my service Rep Michael Kane and have not heard back. I paid for a fuel system cleaning and with the way everything went I have no way of knowing if it was done. at the time Michael said to contact him to make arrangements for a repair center to make repairs. Not only did Stacy Hill and the rest of the team address the recal dealerships, I scheduled an appointment with AutoNation to address a minor recall. Not only did Stacy Hill and the rest of the team address the recall, they helped me with a trim issue I was having, and gave me some advice on how to remove something that got splashed on my paint job. The first thing I noticed was additional employees on the service driveway a young woman greeted me immediately upon arrival and took some info down and notified a service tec I was there for my appt. Service advisor Vincent Arcuri introduced himself ask me about the service being performed then informed me it would be about 1.5 hours but he would keep me up to date. He notified me during the process that a few additional recommendations had been made asking for my go ahead ( what outstanding customer service !!! ) all in all it was a great experience and I hope additional employees will be added (hopefully like Vincent) More
