Great service department with professional staff. My truck was serviced and washed in the amount of time Michael promised. I will recommend this Dealership to friends and family. As usual, I was pleased with the attention and thoroughness of my service. I didn't have an appointment but they received my car and returned it to me the following day.... after some significant thoroughness of my service. I called a week before my service and was assigned Scott as my service advisor. When I arrived for my service I was informed Scott did not work there anymore and I was now assigned Nick. I waited in the s as my service advisor. When I arrived for my service I was informed Scott did not work there anymore and I was now assigned Nick. I waited in the service bay for over fifteen minutes. I was asked if I was being helped by two people who I told I think I am I am waiting for Nick. Everyone said they would get Nick, but Nick never showed and a new young person said he would get me started. My vehicle was done within the one and a half hours I was told. When my vehicle was brought out I didn’t see any advisors in their offices. After five minutes I went out to stand by my vehicle and hope someone would help me get my car. After five minutes I was asked by a worker I saw walking by if I could get my car and he asked who my advisor was and I said supposed to be Nick but I have not seen him since I had been there. He then walked into one of the advisors areas and the young man who helped me earlier said he was working on my paperwork. He said I owed 94 dollars. I told him I had the extended maintenance agreement and he said his computer did not show that. I got my receipt from my car and showed him. He then asked about it from another person and he said yes it is ok. I have gone through AutoNation, not knowing I have the agreement, when I bought it right there and this has happened several times. When I left I had to take out the seat, floor cover and service number from inside the car, which was not a problem, but it does show how unorganized your service advisor area is and no one really seems to know what is going on.
