Customer service at the dealership is always awesome. I don’t like the fact that when I called for an oil change, I had to wait 2 weeks, ridiculous. After not receiving a call back from our service writer I made a same day appointment online. When we got to dealership they had no record of the appointment. The Warranty Manager (Regina didn't get a last n made a same day appointment online. When we got to dealership they had no record of the appointment. The Warranty Manager (Regina didn't get a last name) took over. One of the techs heard our problem and took our car back to check things out. (It was a tire pressure sensor)acting up. Regina, after we waited about 15 minute, told us the part was faulty and if we could wait for about 30 minutes they could fix it for us. Outstanding service. thank you guys very much. More
