I will not name names as any business is a collaborative effort. The poor rating is mostly because I could never get service center on the phone. Constantly transferred to voicemails and did not receive o effort. The poor rating is mostly because I could never get service center on the phone. Constantly transferred to voicemails and did not receive one call back. Eventually I asked for the manager and was given a name and phone number. I called her, had to leave a voicemail and still, to this day, have not received a call back. Very unorganized. Not enough service members to service customers. It cost me $95.00 for a simple oil change. Toyota charged $30.00 for another auto we have. It just didn't make much sense. We have done business with AutoNation for years and never had this happen before. I hope that changes can be made and we get back the quality service that used to come from this location. P.S. I RARELY give poor reviews and hesitated to give this one. I choose to see the best in people and businesses but this time they fell short. I will wait a while before I try again...but I will try again. Good luck team! More

Have been using this dealership for many years and I have not had a major problem at any time. Weather buying a new car or service all has been good and well done. Oil chanes used to be fast but can now take 2 or more hours. I realize times have changed and Arrowhead may have spoiled me in the past but that is my only comlaint. More

Took my car in for an oil change and to get the chip put in for the heated seats.
