The Service was great. I there for an oil change. They offered to rotate the tires, but I hadn't driven my auto enough to have them rotated and wasn't pressured to do so. I there for an oil change. Steven Rice was our advisor. He greeted us promptly and discussed our concerns. Was not pleased. I brought my car in for a knock in the engine. I dropped it off 10/31/22. I had to hunt down my service advisor (I emailed. I called and left messages) to get information on my car. They had my car for right about 3 weeks and it wasn't even fixed. I even sent out an email again (11/30/22) to let him know it wasnt fixed and never got a response. Great customer service (sarcastically). Now I'm going somewhere else to actually have the issue fixed. It's a shame companies can't find good workers. I would give this a 0 star if I could. More

My service advisor Steven Rice was absolutely amazing! He was able to get me a discounted price on my oil change for my Camaro and also preformed a full diagnostic check for me to check anything with my w He was able to get me a discounted price on my oil change for my Camaro and also preformed a full diagnostic check for me to check anything with my warrantees and turns out I really needed it! If he hadn’t done that I may have never known and would have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I highly recommend anyone who really cares about their car to go directly to Steven, he’s very communicative and gets the job done fast!
