I have used AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead for several years and bought two new trucks from them. The sales and service has always been great. Recently my check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership and Steven Rice wrote the service request. I had difficulty with the after market warranty company for the service. Steven went to my rescue (above and beyond) and after much effort on his part got the warranty approval and the work was completed and paid for by the warranty company. Steven Rice kept me informed thru the entire process. More

The service advisor was honest. He told me what I needed and what I didn't need. The work was done right and honestly it was a pretty good price.
