My experience with this dealership was less than impressive. I reached out to the Service Manager, Mark Thomas, on Monday, prior to my Friday service appointment about an issue with my radio and ne impressive. I reached out to the Service Manager, Mark Thomas, on Monday, prior to my Friday service appointment about an issue with my radio and never got a response back. When I arrived at the dealership I was told because I was 25 minutes early, my service agent (Cherish) would be with me when she finished up some paperwork. I waited another 15 minutes before she arrived. As a side note, there were 4 other service agents in other booths working on their computers but I had to wait for my service agent. I explained my issue and Cherish was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. She also said that it would take up to 4 hours to complete my oil change and tire rotation and to check my radio situation. After 3 hours, she texted me to say my car was ready. She also said they could not fix my radio. She said they checked other cars that were the same model/year as my car and said they did the same thing but they could not fix it. I would give Cherish a 10 star rating but the rest of the experience and solution fall under somewhat satisfied. I hope this review will help you deal with customer dissatisfaction and find a solution to my issue. I most likely will not buy a Chevy product again. More

We purchased our vehicle new at this dealership in 2015. Every service has been done at this dealership and we are extremely happy with the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff. Service writer was very polite and courteous. Service dept. is either very short staffed or uncommunicative with the scheduling dept. Booked two vehicles for oil changes online as "waiters" but o Service dept. is either very short staffed or uncommunicative with the scheduling dept. Booked two vehicles for oil changes online as "waiters" but only did one since did not want to wait in waiting room all day. Had to rearrange our day and make two trips to dealership for one oil change that we could have rescheduled if given the opportunity. More
