A 1030am appointment for an oil change was made a few days in advance. I arrived 20 minutes early. I was told they may or may not have the oil filter on hand, and the wait may be an hour or more. The wai days in advance. I arrived 20 minutes early. I was told they may or may not have the oil filter on hand, and the wait may be an hour or more. The wait was 3 1/2 hours. Not including the 20 minutes early. It is a Ford (I bought it at at a the Arrowhead Chevrolet dealer), still. When i tried to inquire if the service was even started the service reps ignored me. I met with the service manager, he met with the service reps and the paperwork for the completed work was on their counter, for time unknown. So not great. More

NOT HAPPY AT ALL and 2 days later it still leaks! First, my service advisor, Cherish was great, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Now for the VERY UPSETTING AND DISAPPOINTING PART! 1. 2 weeks First, my service advisor, Cherish was great, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Now for the VERY UPSETTING AND DISAPPOINTING PART! 1. 2 weeks and 3 days without a car. 2. The extended warranty did not cover 2 of the 3 issues. 3. "Quoted" to fix coolant leak $820 for a $24 part (Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor) and control arm repair over $775. 4. Charged over $400 for parts and labor for the repair that was supposed to cover under warranty. I am waiting to hear back from Cherish on this matter. All this was hard to deal with especially just getting the new (used) car this past July. Some say "dealerships are not where you take your car for repairs" and others say "that's the only place to take it". I was sent a message to give my opinion from AutoNation Chevrolet. This is a first for me but I hope this helps to express my opinion to others. More
My service advisor has no experience in customer service skills. Ended up doing her job and contacting the warranty company and finding the answers myself. Don't see how she even has a job. skills. My service advisor explained to me it would be a minimum of two and one-half hours to complete. The reason was shortage of personal. I agreed and the service went forward. When the total time approached three hours, I verified with the advisor that they were still working on my car. The answer was, yes and it should be done soon. I approached the advisor again after a total of four hours. He went to the service area and returned and told me the the car was done and proceeded to finish my paperwork and payment. The advisor deducted the cost of the oil change and tire rotation. I thanked him for the deductions and waited for my car. TOTAL TIME was from drop off : 10:25 AM to leaving the dealership: 3:21 PM More
