When my car had to be towed in, the manager Matt eased all of my concerns and had an action plan right away, including how long I could expect to wait for an estimate, how to get a rental if needed, and l all of my concerns and had an action plan right away, including how long I could expect to wait for an estimate, how to get a rental if needed, and listened to all of my concerns. He quickly set me up with a service advisor, Michael, who called me within ten minutes - impressive! My car was looked at and repaired ahead of schedule. I purchased my car from this dealership over 11 years ago, intentionally because the dealership I used before had lost my trust. I was told over and over that if there was any problems that occured while my service was being completed it would not be the dealerships responsibility, and did I understand that. Additionally the things that needed repair were unable to be repaired due to the fact that the replacement parts were no longer available because my car is 11 years old. I am disappointed in Chevrolet that older cars can not be maiintained with Chevrolet parts, and I am sad that we live in a world where it has to made perfectly clear that it is not the responsibility of the dealership if damage occurs while they are testing a part. (I asked for it to be tested because there is a history of problems and I knew it would not be their fault.) I beleive I will be selling my very well maintained car and purchasing something other than a Cherolet. The oil chage was done well, and my service representative was friendly and maintained good communication. It would have been nice to know up front that there was no shuttle. More

Upon arrival the service advisor was friendly. I was informed that they were short staffed so the service would take longer. That was appreciated. When completed within the time frame estimated, t I was informed that they were short staffed so the service would take longer. That was appreciated. When completed within the time frame estimated, the inside of the car did have paper shreddings strewn about, that was shocking. Also they did not top off the windshield fluid. They stated battery was low and did not offer to charge the battery so that was disappointing. Also was surprised they did not give an inspection paper of what they looked at. Overall would not use this location for the reasons mentioned. More
Needed to leave my vehicle an extra day to install a part that was previously ordered. Why do I need to make an appt for a specific date/time if you aren't going to work on my car at all that day? This was my second time bringing the car in for this part, and the first time I wasn't able to leave my car a second day. So now 3 trips total (first time was to figure out you needed to order the part). Worst customer service I've experienced. More
