Mr.Rice took great care of me and my vehicle. It was a long appointment, but couldn't be help due to staff out sick. I was forewarned of the staff shortage. Even though Michael Kane was very nice, I am not happy with the service timeliness. I understand staff shortages, but with that in mind, the timeframe in between customers should be extended rather than o with the service timeliness. It should not take over 2 1/2 hours for a customer to wait for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I made the appointment 1 week or more in advance and was there 10 minutes before hand. I have been coming there for 19 years and shouldn't have to wait so long. More
