Service advisor Steve Rice was awesome and got my car repaired timely for me. I have no issue with him at all. I am not happy with the situation with my 2007 Saturn, as this was a recall issue, and after repaired timely for me. I have no issue with him at all. So they band-aid it once again, but I can promise you it will be back before the year expires so it can be fixed again under the warranty.
