Service advisor Steve Rice was awesome and got my car repaired timely for me. I have no issue with him at all. I am not happy with the situation with my 2007 Saturn, as this was a recall issue, and after repaired timely for me. I have no issue with him at all. I am not happy with the situation with my 2007 Saturn, as this was a recall issue, and after 7 times repairing the problem, I now have to pay for this. So they band-aid it once again, but I can promise you it will be back before the year expires so it can be fixed again under the warranty. But as I said, Steve was great, the repair was done timely, just the circumstances I am not happy about. More
Horrible, Worst service in my life, I made an appointment with Advisor:Cherish Middaugh at Chevrolet Arrowhead, Peoria, Az for a Engine Light diagnosis, , 2 days after no call, no answer the phon appointment with Advisor:Cherish Middaugh at Chevrolet Arrowhead, Peoria, Az for a Engine Light diagnosis, , 2 days after no call, no answer the phone, the first day I went there because nobody call me, return call or answer the phone to find out what is going on, come back the second day because same thing nobody answer the phone, two trips to find out that they didn't do nothing so I picked up it and went someplace else. They don't care about you, only the sales telephone line answers the phone. They want sales car but they don't care about the service. I wanted just a Diagnosis for the Engine light, I don't understand why they give you an appointment if they don't have time to take care you, horrible experience. More
My cars battery died thankfully in my garage. Had it jumped & drove to the service center. I didn't have an appointment but the good people they are they squeezed me in. Went home & they called about 1 hr later & stated 2 different types of batteries they could put in. I chose the forever gel battery. My car was done about 1 1/2 hrs later. My service advisor, John, is extremely helpful in regards to what is needed to be done to my car to keep it in top notch running condition. All the employees whether in person or on the phone are very pleasant. I like this dealership & recommend it for your next service & car. More

The rates were too high. Just one small part was put ( 68$ )but with all the miscellaneous charges the bill was 300$.too much money.
