This one is painful to write! I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years- and this latest encounter errors on the side of "awful." A few reasons why: 1. This is the THIRD time in less than 2 months my car had to go in for service. And to be honest, I'm not entirely confident in the work that was done. 2. My car was scheduled to be worked on, yet it took almost 2 weeks! 3. The car was in 3 times so close together and for things I felt should have been handled all together- (meaning the mechanic missed something in my opinion)- yet I paid 2 separate deductibles on my warranty. What?? 4. First visit of the summer- My car was close to an oil change- I wasn't offered that but $1000 of tires were mentioned? 5. Third visit- still no oil change? Wiper blades? Anything else while it was sitting there for 2 weeks? 6. When I did get my car back- it was so dirty- I couldn't see out the front window- from inside filth! It was also so musty and stinky inside- it had to be aired out- I barely drove it this summer- a car wash or something would have been helpful. 7. I was offered a rental after much concerning conversation on my part- but not told about the shuttle- so I paid for an uber- nice. 8. I had to reach out for updates- again over a 2 week span, kind of sad! Overall- the only reason I'd return is because my car was purchased from there and I still have a warranty. Once that is up- I will seek out a mom & pop style mechanic- pay extra if I have to! At least I'll be treated right. More

I called on 7/26 to schedule an appointment for diagnostic and service. They were prompt in letting me know that they would be able to take my truck in on 7/28 am, with diagnostics happening on 7/2 diagnostic and service. Here we are 8/2, no call from service manager Michael Kane, no returned calls from service manager Mike Ellis. I’ve been on the phone with Lonna(the only person trying to help me) twice trying to reach someone. I called her 8/2 at 7:30am and 8/2 3:15pm. This is a work vehicle and I have now lost money for the inability to work. My truck should not be held for 6 days without even being looked at. This truck has 64k on it, the first thing I was told was “this isn’t going to be under warranty”. Worst service experience I have EVER had with a vehicle. Not that I have had any bad experiences before. On the sales side, I again, scheduled an appointment to look at a truck for my wife. About 1 hour before arrival to the appointment, I was called by my salesperson to reschedule the appointment, or I would have to go through a different rep because he had to leave for the day. I explained that I couldn’t reschedule the appointment and I would have to come in at the scheduled time. He told me that someone else had been notified of the appointment and that I would be “taken care of”. We showed up on scheduled date and time, and nobody knew of any appointment. After getting the attention of someone, they brought the truck up and said, “take a look at the truck and I’ll be right back.” Fast forward 45 mins, sales guy says that he can’t help me, he has to run to the Cadillac dealership to grab something, and throws me the keys and says to take it for a drive. I drove it with my wife about 4 miles and came back… fast forward 1 hour, my wife turns to me and says, “I’ve never tried this hard to give someone money before, I’m leaving!” We were never approached on the way out, tons of sales guys standing around laughing and joking with each other. Never got a call from anyone after that. Long story long, I will NEVER come back here again for anything. I would recommend anyone trying to seriously purchase a vehicle to go somewhere else, these guys don’t have time for you. The long process of purchasing a vehicle is longer when you have people working there without any sense of urgency or respect of your time. If you have a Chevrolet and need service, for god sake take it somewhere else, you won’t hear anything about your vehicle for weeks apparently. More
