I truly don't like to write negative reviews but what can you say when you make an appointment for an oil change drop off your vehicle get told 2 to 2 and a half hours it'll be done. 4 and a half hours l can you say when you make an appointment for an oil change drop off your vehicle get told 2 to 2 and a half hours it'll be done. 4 and a half hours later they hadn't even touched my vehicle. That is terrible customer service. I was told that a technician quit that day and they were overbooked.Ok fine but let me know that and I can bring it back some other time. To take a vehicle back to the garage and not do anything is wrong. I received a comped oil change but I don't know if I can waste another whole day for a simple oil change. You have some issues there and I hope you can fix them More

My appointment was scheduled ahead of time and when I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am they waited until 5pm to tell me they would need to keep it overnight because they didn’t have the part. When asked they had made no plans to provide me with transportation, leaving me stranded had I not asked for it. They put me in a rental that I had to pay more money for, the next day when they finally got the part in to fix my vehicle I still could retrieve it until late in the afternoon. There’s not much consideration for their customers time or transportation needs. More
First I could not sign in via google account and do not use Facebook. My vehicle was on recall for the passenger air bag replacement. I had called another Chevy dealer for a service booking [Midway Chevrol use Facebook. My vehicle was on recall for the passenger air bag replacement. I had called another Chevy dealer for a service booking [Midway Chevrolet], however they never called back with an appointment, I gave the 2 months. When I called your dealership [AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead] I was greeted warmly and an appointment was setup. I did receive reminders by email, text and a phone call. On day was service I arrived at 6:45 am as my appointment was for 7.00 am. The service entry door was opened on time and I was greeted by a smiling service advisor, Krista Mugnai. After the vehicle work I received a call that my vehicle was ready ofr pick up. I returned to dealership and retrieved my vehicle. This of course was a free service. More
Scott and Tom were super helpful when I took my 2021 Yukon Denali in to have them check it out. We had purchased it from a different dealership and it came with the GMC logo illuminated on the front... Yukon Denali in to have them check it out. We had purchased it from a different dealership and it came with the GMC logo illuminated on the front...however it wasn't lighting up. The other dealership had told us repeatedly that it was working, but we never saw it. A friend recommended this service department and they were very helpful in diagnosing the problem.... it was hooked up to the daytime running lights and when you turned on the headlights at night... it turned off. While they weren't able to change the wiring to a headlight vs DTR light (I assume warranty issues), they at least spent more time with me and confirmed that it did work. Hubby at home got it wired correctly, no fault codes and it looks the way it should! :) We will definitely be back as they were very careful in keeping the vehicle clean and protected, and spent enough time with me so I understood the problem and could relay it to my husband at home. More
Very unsatisfied. Had a scheduled appointment at 7:20, was told it would be about 90 minutes at 9:15 my service advisor told me the tech she thought was doing my truck Had a scheduled appointment at 7:20, was told it would be about 90 minutes at 9:15 my service advisor told me the tech she thought was doing my truck wasn't there, so my truck just got put on the rack and it wouldn't be long. Finally, at 10:30 I was told it was done. I wasn't planning on spending over 3 hours to get an alignment If I would have been told 3 hours, I wouldn't have waited there I would have gone home and got ready for work instead of rushing to work after getting my truck.
