This service department hasn't been great. I had an appointment for an oil change and rotation. I got there at noon--the scheduled time. I waited 5 minutes for someone to tell me they would "g I had an appointment for an oil change and rotation. I got there at noon--the scheduled time. I waited 5 minutes for someone to tell me they would "go look for my Service Advisor." Another 5 minutes passed and then I was advised he was at lunch. What? Another advisor took my info. I expressed I wanted the balance checked on my front tire. The original advisor came and got me when the car was done. He wasn't particularly apologetic for previously being unavailable. He said balance checked isn't normally covered but everything checked out. I told him I have an extended service plan. And the vehicle is still under a bumper to bumper warranty. He explained the tires aren't included in bumper to bumper. Really? They must be outside the bumpers. Noted! When I buy my next $40,000 car I will keep these things in mind. This is review number two. Still a "2". More

My experience was exceptional. I reached out to the dealership in regards to my recall. I was contacted by the scheduling person who is very informative and flexible with my sche I reached out to the dealership in regards to my recall. I was contacted by the scheduling person who is very informative and flexible with my schedule. I was contacted by Scott who is my advisor reminding me of my appointment for days before. When I arrived Scott met me at my vehicle introduced himself and explained the entire process from start to finish. I was advised that my car would be ready later that afternoon. Scott kept me informed of the status of my car throughout the day and the expected time of completion. Once the car was completed I was able to co e and pick it up with all of my expectations met. I was treated as a valued customer. I will definitely bring my other vehicles in for service at this dealership. I would also like to add that I was able to speak to the Service manager Mike who made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle. Great job to you Mike and your team. More
