Dear GM, Per your above wish to "turn around" our earlier negative experience regarding having to wait recently for a 6 hour oil change (even though I did have an appointment and expected at most an hour or two wait) was commendable and, I must say, somewhat expected. The delay did cause us to miss a dinner date. What wasn't expected was the fact I did respond twice to your above wish via voice mail messages, with zero response from your side??? Having been in your position as a sales manager, I understand that answering problems can be difficult; but I can honestly say, I never totally ignored them. If you do ever check your voice messages, I think you'll find that our suggestions "to help turn our experience around" were simple and quite undeserving of a zero response. As a 3 time Chevy buyer from your dealership, my wife and I would expect better. Whether you decide now to respond or not, at least check and clear your V/M.
