I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Upon arrival they told me 1-1 1/2 hours to get it done. It took over 2 hours. This is unacceptable for a simple oil change with an appointment. I had an appointment for Friday at 7 am. They didn't get to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I was never called to confirm my status, the calls were alway to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle.
