Signed a bank check late on a Saturday night. Came back Monday afternoon to pick up car. Had to wait nearly 3 hours for the sales side to get state inspection updated and low tire pressure checke Came back Monday afternoon to pick up car. Had to wait nearly 3 hours for the sales side to get state inspection updated and low tire pressure checked out. Driving home, there was no wiper fluid, and oil had only 5% left. This was mentioned on the test drive and Chris Longoria stated they would have the oil changed and all fluids checked. Well, that never happened. Additionally, we were told the Austin dealership had the additional car FOB. Kept calling for a week and finally was told, "Sorry, they don't have the FOB and the car was sold "as-is". They did eventually do the oil change as stated, but everything else in refence to the sales process was horrible. More
