Luis Amador (Service Advisor) took care of my vehicle on my most recent visit, and he did something I hadn't seen before -- he personally went over and spent a few minutes checking out my vehicle's functions (lights, wipers, under the hood, etc.) before advising of any recommended service. That's going the extra mile, in my opinion, and one of the reasons I keep going back. He also arranged a ride home for me with their courtesy van, and even that was a pleasant experience. He called when my vehicle was ready and asked if I needed a ride, which I didn't, but I felt like a valued customer with that level of personal attention. More
