My car got rear ended, and I did not have a backup car. I was told by many the frame was bent, and it will probably be deemed totaled by my car insurance. I had to wait for my insurance company to appraise it & to advise next steps, yet also trying to be proactive at the same time, knowing I needed a car. I am so glad I was introduced to Joseph Memoly— 7 years ago as a member of Palm Beach Credit Union (now Guardians Credit Union)as I still had his contact information to current- a true asset to what he loves doing -auto advisor. His personality and professionalism made this car buying transaction easy. I communicated with him, I was honest with him -what had happened and what I wanted, and the dollar amount I had to work with. He was patient, asked me questions on what features I wanted. He walked me through the process, by guiding me and giving me pointers throughout. Repeat and forever Client. He found me another Mazda (perfect!) Autonation Chevrolet Doral. We drove 320 miles round-trip to get my next Mazda. I love it -2016Mazda3 “6speed manual”. Day trip it was. We we were greeted, we took a test drive and home we went.
