AutoNation Chevrolet Doral

Bought a used 2016 Chevy Cruze. The sales rep took the vehicle out for a test drive before I went to look at it and test drive it for myself. He told me the A/C wasn't blowing cold The sales rep took the vehicle out for a test drive before I went to look at it and test drive it for myself. He told me the A/C wasn't blowing cold air so before I look at it he was going to have the service department fix it. When I test drove it it was working so said I would purchase it. While driving it home 4 hours away it started blowing white smoke out of the air vents which means the heater core is leaking. When I told him what was going on he told me the car was an as is sale and they would not fix it because "we can't replace that, is not only the part is also the labor that will cost alot that we are not making any money on " If you tell a customer you are going to fix something before they buy it you should fix it right and not put a $100.00 bandage on it !! Totally disappointed in customer service and the fact they didn't honor their word ! More

Horrible customer service. Phone calls are never answered and when you get lucky and speaker to a manager they are rude or simply are not interested in resolving the issue.
