I had a bad experience after buying my car. The dealership knows the air conditioning was not working and it took 6 months before I was able to drive comfortably in my newly purchased car. I had to travel over 80 miles to and from the dealership more than once and complaining to get problem rectify. After many personal expenses the car was finally fixed. More

No stars would have been better than one. I understand used cars might not be part of the plan when it comes to service; however, I am still a client and have been for the past 7 years. I m I understand used cars might not be part of the plan when it comes to service; however, I am still a client and have been for the past 7 years. I made an appointment for 7 AM to service my car for a noise it has. I brought it in to be diagnosed and if possible, serviced. I waited, went to a nearby Walmart, with my daughter who is about to give birth; came back at 12:30PM only to be told that my vehicle was never touched and they had another vehicle they had to take care of... I was like, they only have one mechanic. I received a notification today stating that I have missed my appointment... Seriously??? What kind of game do these people think they are playing? This is my last time visiting this place. My next vehicle, I will buy elsewhere. I do not think they need my business. More
