Upon arrival i waited for over 30 minutes for someone to talk to me in the service drive through and it was empty. They were quick to get me an estimate on the repairs needed though. I get all my work completed at an franchised dealer, but their pricing was WAY high. I took my vehicle to a different Chevrolet dealer and had the work completed for 1/2 the cost. Would not recommend. More

I brought my car because the battery was bad and they told that take 2 hours to service the car and I ask they can get me right to my work they don’t use Uber they don’t have these serve. Other dealers p told that take 2 hours to service the car and I ask they can get me right to my work they don’t use Uber they don’t have these serve. Other dealers pay for the Uber and they have good customer service for service on your car. Also the service advisor told me after I call a friend to pick up that they don have the battery in stock that I can go other dealer but the advisor told me to call my self I told her to find what dealer has it she didnot have timen. I think that they did not check the battery. to find who has the battery my car is m less than 2 years. I call a tire place the test my battery and says that was bad. I decide to call Aaa and they have the battery. In the future I will never buy a car from this dealer or brand they don’t have good customer service like ford dealer and Mazda. They value the customer. More

However, I've been a loyal customer of AutoNation Chevrolet Doral's service department from day one because of the great service I consistently receive. All the staff members are courteous and helpful, and frequently go out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction. On this particular visit, Luis Amador assisted me as a walk-in with no appointment. He asked the reason for my visit, listened carefully as I went over the service items I needed, offered his recommendations, and even offered to drop me at work because a courtesy van driver was not immediately available. Around lunchtime, Luis called to say that my vehicle was being washed and would be ready soon. I got there an hour later and found my vehicle ready, and it was nice and clean! Those types of "special treatment" keep me coming back. More
