Honestly this has been the best experience so far at this dealership when I go in for service. Christopher Monge was extremely nice and knowledgeable, he explained the process and made me feel comfortable kn dealership when I go in for service. Christopher Monge was extremely nice and knowledgeable, he explained the process and made me feel comfortable knowing that there were no extra little things being added for no reason. I waited for the car at the dealership, had breakfast at the little spot they have and worked until it was ready. 0 complaints. I was able to get work stuff done at a table, my sandwich hit the spot, and when my car was ready Chris came over and escorted me all the way to the counter and explained everything that was done. Truly can't express how easy the entire process was, 0 frustrations. Thank you Chris!! More

Went for oil change “supposed to have tire rotation and checking fluids included. Well you charge $149.99 for an oil change, I think is a ripoff and by the way they didn’t check the fluids this morning my checking fluids included. I have called the manager Jorge Silveira yesterday and today and left message (detailed) and he didn’t have the courtesy of returning my call. I will never go there for any service nor will I buy or lease an automobile there again ( this is the second car I lease there. Well never again Maritza Fernandez 2021 Trail blazer (Otto was the person who handle my appointment, he was very nice. Is not his fault but I think the Manager should have called me back.
