I took my 2021 Trail Boss for routine service. I paid for a 35000 service at $388 this included topping off all fluids and also replacing my wipers. As soon as I left, I had a dash warning tha I paid for a 35000 service at $388 this included topping off all fluids and also replacing my wipers. As soon as I left, I had a dash warning that I was low on windshield fluid. I checked when I got home and I was completely low on windshield fluid and all other fluids. This tells me that they never even checked the essentials or topped them off. That is unacceptable especially for a dealer and what they charge for service. I wonder if they did all of the other things they charged me for. Like cabin air filter, oil and filter and other items included in the supposed service. Not a good experience at all. More
