Was told that there was no shuttle service on Mondays because the driver worked Saturday & after 20 minutes a driver showed up & drove a customer away. Had to wait 45+ minutes after my vehicle was done because the driver worked Saturday & after 20 minutes a driver showed up & drove a customer away. Not sure why the technician didn’t took the paperwork to the cashier & had me pay & get the keys from her. It was very disappointing experience, really bad customer service !! More
