i AM VERY SORRY TO HAVE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, BUT MY EXPERIENCE FOR AN OIL CHANGE WAS HORRIBLE! I ARRIVED FOR AN 11 AM APPOINTMENT AT 10:30 AM. MY CAR WAS NOT TAKEN INTO THE SHOP UNTIL AFTER 12:30 AND EXPERIENCE FOR AN OIL CHANGE WAS HORRIBLE! I ARRIVED FOR AN 11 AM APPOINTMENT AT 10:30 AM. MY CAR WAS NOT TAKEN INTO THE SHOP UNTIL AFTER 12:30 AND NOT RETURNED BACK TO ME UNTIL AFTER 1:45 PM! IF YOU CAN'T KEEP APPOINTMENT TIMES, WHY DO YOU CRUNCH THEM UP SO CLOSE?
