i AM VERY SORRY TO HAVE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, BUT MY EXPERIENCE FOR AN OIL CHANGE WAS HORRIBLE! I ARRIVED FOR AN 11 AM APPOINTMENT AT 10:30 AM. MY CAR WAS NOT TAKEN INTO THE SHOP UNTIL AFTER 12:30 AND EXPERIENCE FOR AN OIL CHANGE WAS HORRIBLE! I ARRIVED FOR AN 11 AM APPOINTMENT AT 10:30 AM. MY CAR WAS NOT TAKEN INTO THE SHOP UNTIL AFTER 12:30 AND NOT RETURNED BACK TO ME UNTIL AFTER 1:45 PM! IF YOU CAN'T KEEP APPOINTMENT TIMES, WHY DO YOU CRUNCH THEM UP SO CLOSE? PLUS, I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE COST INCREASE OF AN OIL CHANGE AND OIL FILTER. More
Very nice service person BUT, my oil change took almost 2 hours and had greasy hand marks on my hood and around my tires from when they added air. I probably should be happy they checked the air pressure f 2 hours and had greasy hand marks on my hood and around my tires from when they added air. I’ve bought multiple cars from you. This was the worst service appointment ever. Advisor rude. I had an appointment for a recall but when I arrived they didn’t have the part. They said it would be in a day or two but I never got a call . I called a few days later and never got a call back either! Th didn’t have the part. They said it would be in a day or two but I never got a call . Service was good except the fact that I had a scheduled time from an e-mail entry it was not easily set in motion by the service attendant due to a lack of lane assignment or attendants name to handle all time from an e-mail entry it was not easily set in motion by the service attendant due to a lack of lane assignment or attendants name to handle all the paperwork. I was unable to utilize my GM rewards points. Will only schedule my next appointment via a phone call to simplify the activity. More
