As a customer care Manager, myself with DiVosta, I am all about going above and beyond for my homeowners, but never I thought I could find someone who is almost better than me. He was my first point of contact when I first arrived there, and the man-made me feel so special and valued as a customer that I didn't think the word "Thank you" was even enough to express my gratitude. I see Gus handled so many customers with the same courteous, I don't know how he does it. This man must be adding a happy drug to his coffee every day. I was impressed by his engagement two my issue, his knowledge, and above all his customer service. He looks like he was what you can call an "All around genius ".
