I had my vehicle towed in on a Friday because it would not start. Gus, the service representative took me right away and completed the paperwork for the problem I was having. I have used them for previous service work and also body shop work, and I have been satisfied with all the work they have performed. More
wrote review 2 weeks ago and I got response to call GM. I responded and still haven't been contacted or messaged back. What's the sense if no one is going to respond. Not quite what I expected. Car was there too long. There Was a communication problem. No one seemed to know about the Care Shield coverage. Not sure I want to continue with Car was there too long. Over the years - Mike Fox has been our go to service advisor; he has always exemplifies all of the positive attributes one would appreciate from an advisor. You get excellence on major (not many), minor advisor; he has always exemplifies all of the positive attributes one would appreciate from an advisor. You get excellence on major (not many), minor or routine service related items. I have a 2012 Traverse and I still take it to Greenacres Chevrolet for every service. I am a Realtor, so I often pick-up nail in tires at construction sites (Mike takes care of those without a complaint that it's too small of a job). Car looks and runs like a brand new vehicle! Thank you Mike Fox for your patience with me! I would buy another Chevy primarily because I know I can trust that my car would be in good hands at the service department. More
