I am very unhappy with the service that I recently received on my 2020 Chevy Impala Premium. I waited a week and a half before I could get an appointment and when I brought the car in expecting to le received on my 2020 Chevy Impala Premium. I waited a week and a half before I could get an appointment and when I brought the car in expecting to leave it for a day I was informed that it would be more than two days because of a problem with diagnostics and that there were no loaner cars available. I would have to rent a car at my own expense for 2 days, I was perfectly happy to do it for 2 days but I heard nothing back from the dealer after two days and was unable to reach anyone for any information about how much longer the car needed to stay. I called and called because I was out of town. No response to any messages I left and I had to call the rental car place daily to continue keeping their car. It was a week before it was available to me and I had to personally go to the dealership to find this out. It cost me over 300.00 dollars to rent a car for a week. I am incensed!! The car is only 2 years old and under warranty. I should not have had to pay for a rental car!! Barbara Bailey More

My service advisor Mike Fox was awesome. He promised the repairs would be done in a timely manner. My repairs were done and then I added on more work abs he was able to have my truck ready f He promised the repairs would be done in a timely manner. I believe that the Dealership has slipped over the years, it takes between 5 & 6 hours to do general routine maintenance of an oil change, filter and rotate tires.
