I made an appt. for an oil change @8:30 Monday. I arrived at 8:10 and spent 20 mintes waiting for the service guy to get to me. The guy I was scheduled with was AWOL for an oil change @8:30 Monday. I arrived at 8:10 and spent 20 mintes waiting for the service guy to get to me. The guy I was scheduled with was AWOL. I asked for a price and he tried to get me to do 10 other things to my car. As I had a lot on my plate for monday morning I said just get my oil changed and get me out of here as quickly as possible. He proceeded o tell me it would be 2 hours if all went well. An oil change takes 35 minutes. I told him in no uncertain terms that I could not wait and left the dealership. I will not go there again. Why make an appt. to be put in a line!!!. Had my truck for two weeks and didn’t fix it No communication at all . Had to drive up there to talk to someone. Said they would call u back but never did. Had to go and get my truck from them and communication at all . Had to drive up there to talk to someone. Said they would call u back but never did. Had to go and get my truck from them and take it somewhere else . When I got my truck back it had rusty looking spots all over it . Had to scrub my truck for three hours to get off . What a disappointment. Spoke with service manager and he said they are having issues in there department. Stay away! More
