We came to Auto Nation in Mesa in a dilemma. Our 2020 Chevy Suburban’s A/C went out and we were getting ready to make a 3 month road trip. Unfortunately they had no Suburbans nor any other kind of SUV’s on their lot nor any of their other sister lots, so we settled on a 2022 Chevy Silverado. My Bluetooth radio was having problems disconnecting when I would hang up on a phone call. They replaced the entire radio and I just had to pay my $300 deductible with my extended warranty. However, when a technician came in right after me they started chatting. Poor customer service. Service assistant, Thomas Hanlon, was actually nice and helpful. Took 1.5 hours to do a simple oil change. Price was double what the web site indicated. Deceitful advertising. No updated sticker on windshield. Upon entering my vehicle i noticed the sticker in the upper left of the windshield was from the previous oil change at Gateway Chevrolet. That one was a good experience. More
