When I told my service advisor that the recall job had to be done by 3:00PM, he said no way. After I left, he went to his techs and pleaded with them to get it done by 3:00PM. He called at 1:30 and said it w be done by 3:00PM, he said no way. After I left, he went to his techs and pleaded with them to get it done by 3:00PM. He called at 1:30 and said it was finished. We came to Auto Nation in Mesa in a dilemma. Our 2020 Chevy Suburban’s A/C went out and we were getting ready to make a 3 month road trip. There was no way the Suburban could be fixed before the Our 2020 Chevy Suburban’s A/C went out and we were getting ready to make a 3 month road trip. There was no way the Suburban could be fixed before the trip, so we pretty much had to purchase another vehicle. Unfortunately they had no Suburbans nor any other kind of SUV’s on their lot nor any of their other sister lots, so we settled on a 2022 Chevy Silverado. Shannon was our salesperson and she went the extra mile to make our vehicle purchase just what we needed. Thanks! More

Jay Penn was great to work with. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in. Had my windows tinted the next day and Roberto was great. The down side was 5 hours wait to compl They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in. Had my windows tinted the next day and Roberto was great.
