My wife and I came in to look for a truck. Jacob helped us out and got us into a new truck. He found us the exact truck we were looking for and gave us the best experience! The dealership is clean and everyone is nice however the lack of communication is terrible. I brought my Malibu in for a leaking oil pan and was told when I drop it off it might take until mid next week. I lack of communication is terrible. I brought my Malibu in for a leaking oil pan and was told when I drop it off it might take until mid next week. I then said I needed a rental and was told my car had to be in the shop for 24hrs before I could get one which I expected however I was not told until the next day that I would need to be over 21 years old in order to get on. This was not disclosed when I asked for the rental originally and it meant that I had to spend a total of about $90 getting to and from work for the three days my car was in the shop. In addition I was also not contacted that my vehicle would be staying in the shop over the weekend which was due to the lack of communication. I feel that there could’ve been more communication and at least something like a courtesy call saying that my vehicle was going to be in the shop over the weekend would’ve been nice. I’m not going to say that I wouldn’t recommend this dealership because this dealership is a good dealership and I have had good service experiences just the most recent one I had was not great. More
