The service department has been great in the past for collision repair and routine maintenance, but yesterday I had to wait at the dealership for three and a half (3.5) hours for an oil change and standa collision repair and routine maintenance, but yesterday I had to wait at the dealership for three and a half (3.5) hours for an oil change and standard inspection. If my next experience with this dealership is so inconvenient for me, I’ll look for another dealer to service my 2016 Traverse. More
