Impeccably clean, respectful salespersons. Courteous helper. Very friendly, family oriented dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. Courteous helper. Very friendly, family oriented dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. More

The dealership was great. Peter Schumacher was amazing and super honest! I would recommend going though him to buy your next vehicle! Normally I stay away from dealers, but no Peter Schumacher was amazing and super honest! I would recommend going though him to buy your next vehicle! I could never get anyone to answer in the service department. Left several messages with no one returning a phone call. I had to drive down to the dealership to talk to someone. I had my car towed to department. Left several messages with no one returning a phone call. I had to drive down to the dealership to talk to someone. I had my car towed to the dealership because it was overheating. I got zero communication from the dealership. I had to drive down so I could talk to someone. They kept telling me they would get to my car. Never did. They had my car for over a month and did absolutely nothing. I finally made a appointment at an actual chevy dealership who got my car in and had it diagnosed it within a day. I could call and talk to people and if I left a message. They called me back. AutoNation has similar bad reviews saying the same thing I am complaining about. So sad to see they are not learning from mistakes or trying to fix the problems. More
