Mike Riley was the best advisor ever. He kept checking and let me know as soon as my new battery arrived, then scheduled me for an appointment right away. Instead of the two full days t He kept checking and let me know as soon as my new battery arrived, then scheduled me for an appointment right away. Instead of the two full days they told me it would take, they had it ready in 24 hours. And Mike was very friendly and courteous on top of it. More

I don't think service had a "full" idea about the recall battery for the Bolt. Had to call to find out the warrantee on the new Bolt battery. Said they would mail me a copy of the new battery warranty. Th battery for the Bolt. Had to call to find out the warrantee on the new Bolt battery. Said they would mail me a copy of the new battery warranty. The job seems to have brought the mileage back or better than when the car was new. More
