This should've been a quick transaction. Then they misspelled one of our names on the docs and we were told no problem, they could fix it on their end and to proceed signing. We got a call a 4 days later telling us we had to come back to the dealership to re-sign all of the papers with the correct spelling. The dealership is an hour away from us. They wouldn't send someone to us, or let us visit another AutoNation closer to us. The big gift for all that inconvenience was a tank of gas. That 2nd visit, upon arriving, we were told it would be real quick. It took 2 more hours of waiting before we could even see the finance manager to resign the docs. As we waited, all the sales manager could say was 'sorry'. This is the worst experience we have had purchasing a car from a dealership. More
I worked with dealership when I had a 2010 Cobalt and I found them very helpful a in maintaining my vehicle. When I lost my Town and Country van I decided to go this dealership. I found them very helpful and friend Gary David tried to get me what I want and after his working with me diligently to find the right vehicle I decided on the Chevy Equinox. The service by the finance office and others made the experience wonderful. I know they will take excellent care of my vehicle. More
When you charge a person $23 to rotate the tires when you come in for an oil change and then don't bother to set the air pressure properly it's actually dangerous when a vehicle is used for hauling a trailer come in for an oil change and then don't bother to set the air pressure properly it's actually dangerous when a vehicle is used for hauling a trailer. Also when the estimate on how long the wait is 1 and a half or 2 hours and it's actually almost 3 hours after I let them know the car is sitting in the parking lot.and I just got tired of watching it sit there for almost a half an hour. If it's taking longer just let people know. I am done coming here for service. Sad. More
