Booked appointment on Chevy app for oil change and tire rotation and also to look at my transmission. They looked at my transmission but did not do oil change or tire rotation. When I asked the adviser he rotation and also to look at my transmission. They looked at my transmission but did not do oil change or tire rotation. When I asked the adviser he told me to never use the app. Didn’t seem to care at all that I wasted an entire day with my truck at the dealership for nothing. More

I had my oil change done 1st week of June 2022 , they did not check the tire pressure the light came on after I picked the car up , also did not fill the windshield washer fluid , I had to take the car back not check the tire pressure the light came on after I picked the car up , also did not fill the windshield washer fluid , I had to take the car back to get it taken care of , also had to take it back the oil change before this one due to a oil filter leak . Not happy about the service. More
