When I told my service advisor that the recall job had to be done by 3:00PM, he said no way. After I left, he went to his techs and pleaded with them to get it done by 3:00PM. He called at 1:30 and said it w be done by 3:00PM, he said no way. After I left, he went to his techs and pleaded with them to get it done by 3:00PM. He called at 1:30 and said it was finished.
