The sales team went above and beyond to find what we were looking for and got us exactly what we wanted and more! Big shot out to the finance department I believe the finance manager was named Chance, He mad looking for and got us exactly what we wanted and more! Big shot out to the finance department I believe the finance manager was named Chance, He made everything very easy to understand while making some important decisions when in came to warranty options available for our new SUV. I traded in my used 2012 impala with almost 200,000 miles for a new 2018 chevy malibu.I currently gave 11000 miles and I'm having a lot of problems with the malibu.For the third day my car has been in miles for a new 2018 chevy malibu.I currently gave 11000 miles and I'm having a lot of problems with the malibu.For the third day my car has been in the shop for a failed ac compressor and on my third battery.i should have kept the impala.I am never going to this dealership again!! After telling the internet manager Jake Patten multiple times to stop contacting me, and that I had no intention of buying a car from him or this dealership. He has tried to contact me again and again, and times to stop contacting me, and that I had no intention of buying a car from him or this dealership. He has tried to contact me again and again, and called my phone today. I don't know how to get it through to him, and get him to stop harrassing me. I've talked to multiple dealerships, and he has contacted me about the same as every sales person and dealership combined. Annoying doesn't even come close to what Jake Patten is. More

Amazing experience!! Way better than my first experience with San Tan Ford. So happy with my decision. Jay was awesome!!!!! Ask for Jay Penn. I even saw him at a stoplight the next day and he was so happy I with San Tan Ford. So happy with my decision. Jay was awesome!!!!! Ask for Jay Penn. I even saw him at a stoplight the next day and he was so happy I got what I wanted and needed. I was in tears after San Tan Ford salesman called and told me my car needed a part that would take 4 months and told me I needed to get a new car and tried to put me in a new SUV with $700 a month payments to find out my car was not even looked at by the service department yet. The part took a week and I drove away with $4000 in warranty work and took it to Autonation Chevrolette Superstition Springs who got me into a new mustang. I am so happy with how I was treated by Autonation Chevrolette and the honesty within that company. More

I purchased a new car over the phone and they were more than accommodating in helping me execute the purchase and arranging a time to pick up. The only critique I'd have was the time it took for them to re than accommodating in helping me execute the purchase and arranging a time to pick up. The only critique I'd have was the time it took for them to recognize a wire transfer. My experience with wire transfers is they happen within hours. The corporate structure of AutoNation strung this out to 3 days delaying my payment and ability to pick up the car. More
