The charge was more than I expected after when I made my appoin Mr. Riley, I just wanted to email you about my vehicle that I picked up last night. The charge was more than I expected after when I made my appointment with you. I was told the cost would be $160.00 and when I found out it was almost $100.00 more, I was not pleased. When I spoke to you I told you what I had and what I needed done, that is when you gave me the price of $160.00. It seems apparent that I wasn't heard when even the entire bill wasn't even under my name, Thomas Hillridge is what my car was under? It took awhile to find my vehicle because it was under the wrong last name. Then trying to go over the charges and misc. charge of $19.80 with no explanation of what that charge was? Then to top it off, picking up my vehicle and finding several new scratch marks on it that were not there before because of you guys washing it, yeah...not happy. The vehicle came in clean for it was just hand washed by myself two days before. None of my vehicles go through a mechanical carwash because of chances of them being scratched, which mine was. I did not even know that it would be ran through a car wash because if I would have known that, I would have told you not to do it. Maybe that is the misc. charge of $19.80, the car wash? Needles to say, I am not happy at all and I would like to have a manager respond back to me so I can set up an appointment to come see them about these issues. Tom Chaney, not Hillridge More

I’m not familiar with the dealership as a whole I’ve only used the service department. The last two oil change appointments I’ve had the same service advisor. Next visit, I’m requesting someone else.
