I would give 5 stars but dealership doesn’t have loaner cars and shuttle service not until 10:00. Also coffee machine out of service in the waiting room. As for the work done on my vehicle,5 stars. My Silverado was finished sooner than expected,the service advisor called me when it was done. All work was done to my complete satisfaction and the truck was nice and clean when I picked it up. One last thing, diesel oil changes should have full synthetic availability, or at least semi synthetic. I was told neither option was available. More

The service people have always treated me very well. The battery to my pick up failed and my service consultant had me come right in for replacement and picky backed an oil change with it.
