Salesman was friendly and helpful. Was a little surprised and disappointed in the fact that we did not find out that there was only one key fob to the vehicle we purchased until we we Was a little surprised and disappointed in the fact that we did not find out that there was only one key fob to the vehicle we purchased until we were about 3/4 the way into the paper work. I have been going to the dealer since I bought my 2011 Equinox new. It was a hassle to get an appointment. I made my appt on line and they called me to change the appt because on line was double booking a Equinox new. It was a hassle to get an appointment. I made my appt on line and they called me to change the appt because on line was double booking appts. then I made another appt then I got an email saying it was cancelled so then I had to call again to reschedule. After I had the service done which I also got new wiper blades they left the plastic on one wiper blade. I have been happy with them 99% of the time but this time it was a lot of hassle just for oil change and wiper blades. More
