Brought my truck in for oil and filter change, and transmission oil and filter change. My service advisor, Thomas Muccilli was ready and waiting for me. He explained my options and what was involved and the price for each option. My truck was ready before the estimated time and the price for work performed was reasonable. He also noted other areas of maintenance that may need attention in the near future. Zero complaints! Will be back! More

Purchased a used 2022 GMC truck with 9k miles on it. Sales people were all good and did everything that was promised. Went in this week for my first service, they said I could wait for it which led me Sales people were all good and did everything that was promised. Went in this week for my first service, they said I could wait for it which led me to believe it would be an hour or so. Unfortunately it took 2 1/2 hours to do. I am ok with this but would have been nice to be told this before so I could have made arrangements to just leave truck. Work was done well and I will continue to do business with Autonation Chevrolet. More
